Is anyone full timing in their Jayco fifth wheel? If so, what model and have you had any warranty issues denied. Will appreciate you responses. It's decision time for me on this decision.
I really have not read Jayco's warranty because I don't full time and am out of warranty anyway but I know Heartland (our former RV, 5th wheel) specifically said in the warranty that if you were full timing your warranty was void. You might check your owner's manual because that will be the final answer.
Full time 1 1/2 years.
Only warranty item denied was when the mobile RV tech's invoice was not explicit enough in his explanation but that was rectified. Did a few repairs myself. Many warranty items are handled by third party vendors e.g. Dometic) and not Jayco.
Jayco paid a dealer to fix our sidewall crack.
See sig for model.
Good luck
Angus
Just like Angus & Joan, we've been FT for 1 1/2 years in our Pinnacle and have very few problems. All of them were covered under warranty with no questions asked. The last thing was the vertical fan unit in our bedroom AC and Dometic handled it directly with a mobile RV company and they paid it all, including the trip charge! Very happy with our Pinnacle.

The Eagle, Northpoint and Pinnacle are all full time rated now so if you buy a new fifth wheel you shouldn’t have any warranty issues due to full time.
