I replaced my ac on my 2008 17’ expandable. Was easy to complete the task. My question is has anyone used Furrion air conditioner?

When we added a second AC a few weeks ago, the mechanic where we got our fiver from recommended one. But I couldn't find much info on them as far as people that actually have one. So, ended up getting a Coleman Mach 10 15k which seems great so far, although haven't had it in hot weather yet. Hopefully you find someone that has a Furrion to give you a review.

Finished installation Tuesday due to the rain. Not bad to replace. Works nice on 15amp circuit. We were told it is very quiet not any less than the old one. The fit and finish is average. Thin plastic.
It was lighter than the old one.

Just curious as why you used a furrion ? Price or the supposed quietness ? I have no experience with any of thier products but have seen many posts by unhappy campers.

In my case I was looking at them because of the slightly higher BTU rating and they were recommended by the dealer we bought ours from. But ended up sticking with Coleman for our bedroom unit as it matches the rear.

Will run on 15 amp circuit. Dealer recommended it. Not any more change in the noise level.

The easy way to get the air conditioner on the roof is put the ladder on a angle . Tie a rope around the conditioner in the box. Stand on the roof and pull it up. Easy for a 64 year old worn out husband..
