Furrion ac

We have a 25 RB and have 2 issues with the ac unit. Already have the temp sensor sticking down from the return duct. 1. When we have the furnace on there is cold air coming down the air duct. I have taped cardboard over the opening so the furnace doesn’t run nonstop. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem? I have checked the mounting bolts and have used hvac to seal any gaps. 2. We leave the fan run to keep the temp from fluctualing to much. When the compressor shuts off after about 10 seconds we can hear a rattling noise for about 15 seconds. Camping World said they can’t hear it but I don’t think they let it run long enough. I’m not physicaly able to get on the roof to check up there. Wondering if anyone else has had these troubles? Thinking of just running it till it quits and getting a different brand. There seams to be a lot of complaints about Furrion ac units so I can’t believe its just me.

I have the 14,500 Furrion on my 2022 22rb. This is my first season using it. I've been on several trips in some heat and have really cranked and asked for all it's got. I've not had any problems with the operation of the unit or strange sounds. I have installed a Softitart RV unit and the RV airflow Systems plenum block. I also taped and sealed all my ceiling ducts.

Before I did any of that, I'd had it running for a day or so but never noticed any problem or strange sounds.
