Furrion DVD player radio went dead

All of a sudden I have no power to my dvd and radio on my 2021 Jayco Jay Flight 264 bh. Whole camper has only be camped in less than 10 times in 3 1/2 years. All fuses in the panel ok and there is no way to access unit being built into upper cabinet. I have no music and dvd and speaker system now.

Did you get it resolved? Possibly the same issue with ours, so curious if you got a solution.

I would look at removing the front face plate and hopefully seeing some screws to pull out the unit and check for a bad connection?
