Gas line smashed

We have a 2015 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel and happened to look up underneath it today and saw that the slide had pinched off the gas line. Opened it up and sure enough seems it has been done several times and we didn't even know it. Going to call service tomorrow for repairs. Also our slide out continuously trips itself off many times when extending and retracting. Does anyone else have this problem. Going to have the service person check that out too.

Personally, I have never had the problem but I was talking to a friend and he has. He had to have the gas line rerouted because whenever the slide closed, it pinched off the gas line.
