Well, I had a tube of Geocel that I had previously opened but after trying to use it, stopped b/c I had cut the tip way too big. I ordered some new screw on tips thinking they were completely sealed until cut. Well, I got the tips to find the end was open, but much smaller than my cut end. I beveled a bit and put the Geocel in my gun.
All I have to say. is...The seal job may not be pretty, but it is 50% done.
That stuff is sticky! I did good feeling out the gun vs how fast I should move but not before a few 'oopsies.'
A little goes a looong way. Problem for me is/was I didn't have a tiny cut end. I'm going to have to find some really tiny screw on tips
I ran out and will get another tube, and hopefully will do better at making it last longer with a small opening. My seals are very 'heavy' but they're done. There's a few smears on the camper, but all will be fine. Just like the camper says, "Everything's Fine."
