Hi we just bought a 2019 Melbourne prestige. The previous owner did a tape repair to the Girard awning fabric. We plan to At least replace that. But as we watched it retract itself one side looked like it was angled and I don’t know what the awning looked like prior to the repair and if due to the tape sticking/jamming the awning put it out of alignment or if the angled retraction is normal.
Does anyone have any experience or information on how the arms which look like wind sensor arms but we are not sure, are supposed to Deploy and retract? We’re trying to figure out if we have to repair or replace.
