I’ve been using CoPilot for the past year and have been happy with it. It’s an app for your smartphone. There is an annual fee. Input your dimensions. So far so good, not taken us down any unacceptable roads. Some connectivity issues with our 2018 GMC but we worked around that. Very pleased with it.

Thought I would add to the mix - I use the Smart Truck Route app on my phone. You can program it based on height and length, you can include hazmat (propane tanks) - it shows rest stops, fuel, POIs, road closures, weather, etc. I like the phone app as I keep it mounted for my TPMS anyway. I definitely agree with those that stated you need to review the route prior to departure with any system. I have been using it about 3 years and have had very good results.
