Hard upper bunk

We have a 2012 31FS class C. The bunk over the cab has two pieces. Front piece seems normal, hard on the bottom for support and soft on top. Bottom piece is opposite with the hard side up and cushy under. Thought maybe I had it upside down but it only goes one way. If you have it right there is a corner for the TV to move and the ladder mounts line up. Still hard on top. I unzipped the cover and found the wood piece is on top not the bottom.

Normal or get a replacement piece from Jayco?

I would take it in to the dealer - doesn't sound quite right.

Yes, take it back to the dealer. As others have stated something is wrong.

Thanks all. Was pretty sure it was wrong just wanted others opinions. Even the dealer was confused and said he would help me get another.
