Hatch doors water intrusion

Hi all, I have a Jayco Jay flight 242 - I believe a 2019. It is aluminum siding. I have a problem with the hatch doors (they are fiberglass laminated) getting water inside of them. The hatches themselves do not get water, the doors do keep the water out, and I don't believe the siding is allowing water in. But the hatches themselves are somewhat bloated with water. You can "squeeze" water out of them. I think there is only white styrafoam inside, a laminated piece that has fiberglass "filon" on the outside. The inside laminate is more of a rough textured plasitc. Probably the same as any other RV hatch door out there you've seen.

I initially noticed with my big 5' kitchen hatch, the roof gutter doesn't span the entire rv and the "joint" is right above this and was dripping down so more water than typical. I siliconed this and seemed to fix, but also the awning pools some water up there while raining and is dripping through the fabric. I was going to seam seal this fabric. And I got a good buy on a replacement door and was going to replace the hatch door. BUT then I noticed the other 2 smaller hatches have some water in them as well.

What gives, these seem like they are a bad design? They will get some water dripping down just like the siding will, rain gutter doesn't catch everything. Anyone else have this issue, can anyone offer a solution?

Thanks

All my hatch doors have drain holes on the bottom.
You could try sealing them up, I may in the future.

I actually added 2 additional weep holes. I think if water came out of there that would be a good thing, I don't think it could come in this way but who knows. Maybe the Styrofoam is sucking it up is that what you're thinking?

I ment seal the hatch, not the weep holes.
In my case the black frame around the hatch, both inside and out.

Wonder if you could add a rubber lip above the door, sort of a mini awning / hat brim sort of thing that would flex out of the way when the door was opened? Maybe 1" wide or so would do it? Mine has water running down the door too in a rain, has always bugged me but no leaks (yet).
