I have a 2020 Greyhawk 26Y. When I set the thermostat to electric heat, the gas heater also comes on. Anyone else experience this in their Greyhawk?

If the temp differential (inside temp vs thermostat setting) is more than 5 degrees the furnace comes on with the heat-pump, that is how the thermostat is programmed.
