Hello From New Jayco Owner pulling with Honda Ridgeline

Well here is another update. We went to FL again in March 2012 and made it down and back with the same Honda Ridgeline which now has 142,000 miles on it. I was able to pull the same Jayco at 65mph most of the way from Mineral Point PA to Melbourne FL / Lucky Clover RV Park. We are now looking at a larger RV with the 2 kids, 3 cats, 1 dog we just need more room. Yes I will finally be looking for another truck / or not The next RV we are looking at is 8,600 lbs I think. Well enjoy what you do and I will write more and add some pictures soon.

Sorry to say the jayco is sold

HELLO everyone I am sad to report the Jayco 26BH is sold and we have upgraded to another brand larger and able to accommodate 2 adults, 3 cats, 4 kittens, oh yeah 2 kids (12 and 13) and a bunch of amateur radio radio equipment and antennas. Please know we were very happy year one with our Jayco in it performed very well and was very easy to use and clean.

Those of you who have followed my comments on using my Honda Ridgline to pull with will be happy to know that the 2007 Honda Ridgeline will NOT be pulling the new RV. The Ridgeline now has 146,000 miles and pulled the Jayco to and from Melbourne Florida twice and several one state away trips performing very nicely. Back to being a regular transportation truck.

We searched for the perfect Jayco for our needs and just could not find one.

I've enjoyed reading this thread as we have a 2010 Ridgeline which will tow our Swift 184BH when we get it this Sat! Sounds like we should be able to tow well with this set up!
