Hello all,

My name is Zack.

My wife and I just put a deposit down on a 2010 Jayco 23B hybrid. We had started looking for a sub 5K pop up, but that quickly turned into a 10K + hybrid purchase! :D

We mainly do camping/boating locally here in Ohio, but usually once a year we make it out to Colorado/Utah to do some ATV riding, off-roading, and camping.

Looking forward to some great info on this site!

Thanks,

Zack

Congrates Zack.. What part of Ohio do you camp in? We live in SWPA and make our way up to South Bass Island (Put-n-Bay) a few times a year. We use to keep our boat up at Marblehead *****ula. Now we'll be camping at the State Park on South Bass this year. Reservations already made.

Best of luck with you new camper.

Excellent!

We live in Laura, about 30 minutes NW of Dayton. We camp and boat several times over the summer at Alum Creek State Park in Columbus, and Indian Lake State Park west of Columbus.

Thanks,

Zack

Hi Zack! Congratulations on your 23B. I am also a fellow Ohioan from Cincinnati area, but have brothers that live a few short minutes from Alum Creek. A very beautiful SP! One of these days I will actually camp there!

Howdy Zack, I have sailed to Put-N-Bay quite a few times. Out of Port Clinton in a 14 foot Wood ***** - going to the "Wine Festival". It was a rough trip back. Also, we used to get back to Loudenville to visit GrandPa and Grandma. Wife is from Loudenville and I'm from Toledo.

Welcome!

I don't understand the ****. Did not put them in. I was just identifing the class sailing boat.

The forum flags words that could be labelled as "bad words" even if they are a part of other words. It is pretty common on the interwebs.

The campground is fairly nice, and the spots are spread out far enough. It is very busy though, so not much peace. :)
