Hey rev.......welcome. I live in Kalamazoo and just purchased a 2013 197 3 weeks ago. Where are you buying your new Jayco? We purchased ours in Plainwell. We have been out with it twice so far. Some minor issues but I fixed them. Otherwise, it's a great camper!

Yep, bought it at Quality Products. I looked at getting it at Terry Town but Quality was much better in price to the tune of 3k. We bought our 17C from Quality Products in 2007 and were very happy with them.
