2022 Norcold N8DCSSR no power to the control panel. I have power coming in and have power going to the little black box on the back. I replaced it anyway with still no luck. I turned off the fridge when it wasn’t in use and now I can’t get to turn back on. Check battery voltage and also connected to shore power. Checked fuse on top of fridge as well as breaker and fuse in fuse box on rv. Any help is appreciated!

What is your battery voltage. Per your manual
The voltage to start the refrigerator initially is 10.9 volts. In order to prevent completely draining the battery, the refrigerator will automatically shut-off when the DC supply voltage becomes too low. The refrigerator will not restart until the DC supply voltages increases.
These shut-off and restart voltage levels are:
12VDC Operation
Shut-off 10.4 VDC
Restart 11.8 VDC

13 something was volts on battery. The battery did run all the way down without me realizing it but charged it back up before trying to turn on the fridge.

If you replaced the control modue already then I'd make sure that the DC connections to the fridge are clean and tight so a good connection is being made. It's possible power is there but not getting through to the control module. I'd also make sure the 15 amp fuse that's inline with the DC supply is good. Take a look at the attached service manual link below for your unit and go through the troubleshooting proceudure starting on page 11. From what you're saying it basically indicates that your problem is with either the dc supply or the control module. You can also use an led light with stabloc connectors to see if you can get an error code from the unit. If you're up to it and careful you can use your multimeter to test to see if dc voltage is at the control board and if it's being distributed to the control panel by using the schematic on page 27. Let us know how it goes.

I forgot to also say that if you've removed and re-installed any of the wires to double-check that they're installed on the proper terminals and that the DC polarity is correct.

I had this problem. A tech said to try running it on LL. This worked.
Later I had the same problem and it showed code N
Go to Norcold trouble code web sight. It should you his to rest it. I do nkt recall what I did to reset . But it fixed the problem.

There are several YouTube vids on resetting Norcold refrigerators. One way is to push and hold the temp set button until it lights up is one. Remove the wire from P2 in the control box, and with a piece of wire, short out P2 to grounded metal for 10 seconds.
Watch a video for guidance.

The control panel on my 2023 Norcold was faulty from the factory. It would run on propane, but not on electricity. I had to drag it into a dealer and get the panel replace. It was a 3 week ordeal.

It has worked fine since.

Had the same fridge and thought I had a problem with it. I swear I checked the voltage coming in and thought it was good. Same issue with the co trol board not powering up. Ended up being lose wires on the 12vdc circuit breaker on the front chassis. Just be careful not to over-tighten as I cracked mine. Luckily a $5 fix vs a $1700 fridge.

To verify the camper wiring was the issue I pulled the battery and wired it directly to the fridge with some cheap harbor freight jumper cables I snipped the end off one side. Fridge powered up fine and thats when I began to troubleshoot the RV wiring and not the fridge.
