I always turn of fridge when travelling. Am in RV park and plugged in. I know I have power as microwave works. When I press the ON/OFF button, as I normally do, nothing happens.

I learned some time back, via this forum, that the fridge needs DC to start. I put a voltmeter on the DC IN and DC GRND connectors and got readings that fluctuated but always less that 1 volt. 1st question: is that normal?

Attached are pics for Make & Model

I have no manual nor diagram.

Found manual online. Found the answer to my question above and the problem.

Fridge needs 11.5 vDC min. Checked battery: 13+ volts.

Time to call repair guy.

It should be 12v. Have you checked the fuse for the fridge? I think there is also a fuse on the control board.

Sorry. I had to go away for a bit and did not see this before I left. There is a master fuse box under the couch along with the circuit breakers. There are 5 fuses labeled - presumably at the factory - Furnace, Lights, Lights, TV Ant, Pump. All of these work except I have no TV Ant. By control board, are you referring the black box with the membrane buttons? Any idea how to get that open? I don't want to break it and make matters worse.

I looked on the back of the fridge where the wires are and no fuse there.

Don’t have a Norcold refrigerator, but my Furrion has an in-line fuse behind the front vent cover at the bottom of the refrigerator that I had to pull and reseat a few months back after a travel day. Just tossing that out as an option to investigate.

Sorry I have not gotten back. I have been traveling and in campgrounds without internet. No change in status. Could not find anybody in Tonopah, Carson City, Gardnerville, or Minden, Nevada who could look at it. Only wanted to schedule an appointment for two weeks later.

I'm back and problem fixed......

Had to take it to my local RV repair place where I've had other work done.

They found a blown inline fuse behind a screwed-in panel next to the battery compartment on the opposite wall from the refrigerator. Glad I took it to them as it was their experience that found the fuse. One hour labor.

I'm a happy camper.

Too bad nobody in Carson City, Gardnerville or Minden could take a few minutes to find that. Yes, that is sarcasm.

That is about the normal appointment time and some run out to months before you can get in. They are busy and I do understand wanting it fixed but I would not expect to jump to the front of the line in that circumstance. As RV owners, it is important to be able to do a good majority of this type of repair on your own for that simple reason.
