You have a couple of strikes against you, having already bought your truck and trailer. Before you find yourself in a dangerous situation, I’d suggest getting a good primer on how payload and towing capacity work with a TT. At best, you’ll find you are OK; at worst, you may need to look for a bigger TV. Here are a couple of excellent videos that lay it out extremely well. It is time well spent!
