So I posted this before but still having issues. I have a 2018 Jayco Eagle 322 RLOK travel trailer. I use a ProPride hitch to connect it to a 2024 Ram 3500 with the auto leveling. This camper has always caused the tow vehicle to bounce (chuck) when traveling on concrete highways. I have tried everything I can think of including just recently installing the Roadmaster Slipper spring kit with shocks. I tried setting camper using the measurements to the front wheel well transferring the weight to get the same measurement as before hooking up. Was not satisfied so I adjusted the jacks in 1/2” increments transferring less and less weight. Still rode bad. After reaching out to ProPride I adjusted more weight transfer but still bucks over expansion joints. Any ideas on how to correct this issue? I love the no sway the ProPride provides but this issue is ruining our travel.

Don't think it matters what setup you/and or we have, different setups will and won't buck.
My setup bucks on some and not on others, go figure.

A couple of thoughts on the bucking. I wonder if the trucks auto leveling system is fighting the WDH, or the other way around.

Second, there's a 38 mile stretch of the NYS Thruway that was completely redone in concrete a few years ago and done in sections. We towed with a 2010 Tundra Doublecab (141 in. wheelbase) at the time, and the ride was like an amusement park. Since traded for our F150 SuperCrew 6.5 ft box (157 in. wheelbase) and the trucks' reaction was much less. Perhaps it could be the wheelbase to the roads concrete pour length.

Turns out I had an install issue with the Roadmaster comfort ride shocks. I set them at 14.5” per the instructions BUT I had the trailer on jack stands when I did that. Instructions state to have load on suspension when setting shock length. Roadmaster hooked me up with extended mounts so I could get the shocks set correctly. Planning to give it a try tomorrow.
