OMG! How many thousands of dollars did all that cost?
I think I’m very happy with my gas electric absorption refrigerator!
Not to mention all the time it took to install.
More holes in roof, more electronics to protect from lightning strikes (surges), more conductor terminations and conductors to check for overheating, and more things to look at when something stops working.

The 270 AH, a similar setup costs 2,149 .00 , which is a long ways from $500.

Just look at the link I provided for the Gamechanger battery. That's all the research you need to do. Of course there are cheaper China batteries. But there are many suspect and unhappy reviews

Like I said. You need to do more research. If your locking yourself into a specific make and model, your selling yourself short on what's available out there. My 2 100amphr lithium will and have performed well so far... and on the short side of $500. Good luck.

search for lithium upgrades. I recently upgraded mine. GAME CHANGER for approx $500

Please read what you wrote. You did state a specific brand in your original post. I replied with the link of the Game Changer, which is not $500 bucks..
