House Battery not charging off tow vehicle

I have a 2014 Jayco White Hawk 24RBS. The house battery does not charge off the tow vehicle while the engine is running. The problem exists no matter what tow vehicle I use, so I think the problem is with the trailer.
The battery charges just fine when connected to shore power.
I cannot find a battery isolator, and don't know if the trailer even has one.
When I asked Jayco Customer Service where the battery isolator is located, their answer was that the trailer does not have a "battery disconnect switch".
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Most trailers have a 30 amp self resetting thermal circuit breaker near the tongue. It protects the wiring between the 7 pin connector at the hitch and the battery and does double duty and protects the wiring from the battery to the converter. It could be several problems, one that this breaker is tripped, or it could be that the 7 pin connector on your trailers wiring harness is dirty and not making good contact with the tow vehicle or the harness's battery supply wire to the battery is compromised

You should have two maybe more of the thermal switches and are usually covered with a red rubber boot. They look like this:

With the tow vehicle supplying power and using a multimeter test to see if 12vdc is on each terminal. Or disconnect the battery and using ohms on your meter check to see if the breaker is open. If it's open then it's tripped. Let us know how it goes and if more troubleshooting is necessary based on your results.

From your battery on the tongue of the TT, follow the positive conductors to below the trailer and up inside the frame. See if there are splices and devices there. If so, find out where you have volts from the battery on one side and not on the other. Then you will know that the device has failed. If it’s not there, keep following them until you find them.

Have you checked the 7 pin at the bumper and see if you have power? Also if voltage is high enough to push power through to the battery.
