I sent the attached email to Lippert and Jayco. What will their response be, if any?

Now that's a twofer. Two slide outs, AND an outdoor kitchen. All this time we thought they were brand new innovations.

Lippert's reply was typical customer service. They had a manual slide mechanism years ago for park models, but it's not currently being considered.

I opened up the link and it looks like a classified government document with a lot of redaction's. LOL, J/K There are a lot of things that I ascribe to being manually operated. Operating a slide is not one. Of course its nice to have the manual feature if the motor quits. I have a manual override on mine. Its neatly hidden on the curb side.

Everyone wants to push a button until the button no longer works and then they want to turn a handle. :cowboy: I had an RV back in the early 90's had a manual crank for everything "and" a push button for everything except for the awning which was a long handle operated only (never had an issue with that awning mechanism). ~CA
