Had Shirley for 4 years now and I ain't a Jayco fan,
or the dealer Crestview of Texas.
Any warranty work takes 3 months or better.

I volunteer within the Texas park system as an Angler Ed. Instructor, teach people to fish,
and Texas Outdoor Family, teach people to camp.

Free Fishing lessons anytime :)

Currently Park Host duty at Galveston Island State Park,
stop in and lets fish a bit.

Sorry to hear about your Crestview problems. I've had literally the exact opposite experience with them. They fixed a warranty issue for me while I waited and another within two weeks.

Which location are you dealing with?

Welcome Aboard!

Sorry to hear you have been having issues with your dealer's poor service.

Welcome neighbor! I hear you on Crestview issues I've had my share there for sure. That sounds like a tough gig you have.

San Marcus, oh they fixed the numerous warranty problems,
just had to make sure I didn't need the trailer for 2-3 months.
The second time it went in they bent the jack stand not bad enough to be unusable not it was very hard to crank for a few months.

Tough part is toilets But the long you are at a site, the less toilets they make you do.

"You ever been to Park jail, It's worse then Mall jail,
they make you clean toilets. "

Good news is the extended warranty is working out great. Got a new bigger A/C and new PL regulator for a mere 180$.
Just waiting to see if something else fails before I call:
to have my heater looked at, second time it has failed on the road,
hot water pressure valve leaking on the electric board for the water heater, got a hack for that,
toilet valve sticks.
Oh and my oven is 150 degrees off and it is burning the counter top near the vent when I run it at 425 degrees,
And here all this time I just thought I was a bad baker.
