I-5 Sacramento to Los Angeles

Does anyone have a recommendation for RV campground midway between Sacramento and Southern CA? Good SAMS has a couple near Coalinga but reviews iffy. Traveling mid-Oct. Anyone know if Harris Ranch amenable to overnight boondoggle?

Can’t say if Harris Ranch is amiable to overnighters, but I say for fact I’ve seen dozens of RVs at different times overnighting behind the building.

About 60 miles north there is a KOA at 152 and 5 that seems reasonable for a night.
