I'm stumped...

Please tell me where my Inverter is located. The Jayco floorplan search claims that it is under the passenger's bed compartment, but it's not visible there. There is also no external panel for it, but the integration is on the FireFly panel. It works fine for my CPAP machine and other devices. Jayco Swift 20T 2024

In my 23T it is under passenger side bed, under the headboard ramp area. You have to remove the various screws to access. Very tight space behind the breaker box.

I follow this YouTube Chanel and he shows in a video for a brief time where the inverter is. About 6:45 to 6:50 in the video. You'll have to remove the entire wood panel to get to it.

Wow. Viewing that video eclipses my hope level. Thank you so much for sharing it. I searched youtube before but to no avail. Until your grace and expertise, WPW-JAY, came along today.

Not a problem at all. It's interesting that Jayco/Entegra just used a standard 15 amp plug for the inverter. That makes it easy to swap out. In fact this same Youtube channel, he talks about using a portable power bank to power his coach and he leaves the power bank in the van. Now I understand how he does it.

I own the lithium version, so mine is completely different.

Interesting. Well, honestly, not knowing for sure where my inverter is, before today, I brought along a Jackery 500 Watt Solar Generator Power Bank to power my CPAP machine, just in case we experienced a coach inverter failure. Lastly, I purchased a 1000-watt CarGenerator brand inverter for Christmas for backup power, to power the coach when I cannot or should not use the onboard gasoline generator or when I am not hooked up to shore power. I guess for safety reasons and not laziness, Jayco chooses NOT to use an accessible hatch-like top over the Inverter like they are used under the other bed. Tomorrow I plan to unscrew the bed top and slide it enough to peek inside that compartment before reassembling it. Thanks again for the knowledge. JoeP

I would recommend looking at it differently insofar as your CPAP is concerned. Instead of relying on your inverter to provide power to your CPAP, use 12V. It's MUCH more efficient. I use a Resmed Airsense 10, and if I turn off the humidity, I can get two solid nights out of my Renogy battery, which is similar to this one: CPAP battery on Amazon. And that's charging my iPhone 14 Pro Max as well.

I can also use the inverter function on a 300W power bank, and I'll get less than half the run time.

So the punchline is you should get a 12V adapter for your CPAP, and make provisions for 12V power near your sleeping area as it's MUCH more efficient than running them from an inverter.

I have a Class C, so I think what I may eventually do is put a "dedicated" 100AH Li battery under my bed, charge it from an isolated circuit off the converter (which is also under the bed), and run USB ports and 12V plugs to charge phones and run CPAPs in the bedroom. That's the end goal I think. But I could easily add 12V circuits down there to run off the existing 12V, and that would be much better than using inverted AC for the CPAPs...

Camper-bob thanks for your input. My Jackery 500 has a 12v port that I use. I got the adapter cord for my particular ResMed unit on Amazon. It works marvelously. I do not use the humidifier on my CPAP and get 10 consecutive nites on my Jackery without charging it. The coach's inverter and the Jackery both use pure sine to protect my sensitive devices as well. I like using my coach inverter for my wife's devices primarily.

I'm NOT stumped anymore...I found the Inverter. Yup, that space is super cramped behind the circuit breaker/fuse box. The inverter is more industrial-looking. Took a picture to "show off" if anyone needs to see it. LOL Joe

I installed 4 of the 2 inch round vent plugs for better ventilation. E on bottom and won top, with a 12 volt computer type fan behind one on top to keep it cooler. In my opinion, there is too much stuff in such a small space.
