Has anyone made any inner fender liners for a tandem axle fifth wheel ? I am tired of getting holes in the plastic fabric above the wheels getting holes in them towing in the rain
causing water intrusion and the floor ending up getting dry rot.

I tried to do this using trailer fenders from Northern Tool. They were not big enough for a 2021 Pinnacle.

I will keep looking for options this winter.

Great idea.

I have some sheets of thin stainless material. I have been thinking of installing it over the thin aluminum that has been there since new.

Do wheel wells generally fill the floor frame opening? Seems some wiring could be routed through those areas. Anyone ever replace a wheel well?

What year and model do you have?

Have you considered an aerosol based under coating. I used some 3M stuff recently and it is very strong.
