Inverter Outlets not working while on Generator Power on 2022 Pinnacle

While on Generator Power my inverter outlets stopped working. (CPAP!)
Some background:
Had the BMPro Node replaced a couple of months ago. While the RV Tech was doing that, he also installed a Bus Bar on two new LiFPo 100ah batteries.

On the BMPro App in the Energy Center under Inverter I have "Status: Not Connected Fault." When I attempt to connect, I get "Status: Starting" and then I get Status: "Not Connected Fault" again.
I don't get any values for:
Output Power -- W
Battery Current Draw -- ADC
DC Voltage at Inverter -- VDC

Under Solar Controller I have no values for Input -Volts or Current. Values for House are Volts 14.5 V and Current is 0.0 A.

The Battery Disconnect is ON.

I'm I right to be thinking that maybe there is a communications problem between the Inverter and the BMPro App for the Values not being there after the Node was replaced?

OH! And guess what just came back online?? YUP the Inverter outlets!! Been out for two hours, now back on. Time to get some sleep for a short travel day tomorrow.

Thanks for any advice and help you all can offer.
Peace, Old Chief

Good morning Chief, I don't have BMPro and am not familiar with it. If I was dependent on an outlet I would wire it so it was not controlled by an app.

On my 2022 the inverter doesn't show on the BmPro and is not compatible with the BmPro display, the newer nodes have this in their programming, but you also have to wire in the inverter with a canbus wire and configure it in the settings. You should have a separate controller for the inverter.

The Solar may need to be configured in the settings to "see" the controller.

Generator.... are you talking about the factory Onan 5500? If so, I have seen power fluctuation confuse the invert while running on generator and the inverter would not supply power or let gen power pass through. My solution was to turn inverter off while running on generator...not ideal, but it works.

Our 2023 has the inverter status on the BMPro and will automatically shut off when it gets a 110 source of any amperage. We do not have the Onan but we are wired for it (gen prep). Could this be a floating ground issue? I do have an external generator which will power 110 and shut the inverter off, but I honestly have not checked all of inverter active outlets when I was on generator power to see if they work so I can’t say for certain that all of ours work.

2023 or later they moved the inverter display to the BmPro. NA for 2022
