I have been away from the forums, on the mend from a total hip replacement.

My bride and I have a 2013 StarCraft Autumn Ridge 265 RLS. May 20th of this year our warranty runs out. I have drifted away from the dealership because they 'fix em, but they don't make em'. I am about to find out how well we are treated by the manufacturer.

Shortly our 265 RLS will have spent it's 150th day in the shop for warranty work. This is probably 5X more than we have used the TT.

There have been 6 work orders written on the 265rls. All warranty work. I can be flexible, work through problems with you--'It is what it is'---BUT, this one is about to have me tap out, cry uncle !!!!

I have a plan, but given the above, 'what would you do' ???????

Our first RV was like that. I was still argueing with the dealer and Lance Campers at 18 months into 12 month warranty. They stepped up and finally got everything fixed but by then there was no way I was excited about going anywhere with it. Sold it and bought my Jayco. The 2 yr warranty was a BIG selling point.
