Our 2016 29 MV a few months ago had a dinning area LED ceiling go out . Instead of taking it to the dealer to be replace ,I ordered one on the internet for about $15.00 shipped in . The replacement light was much brighter than the other side even though it was the same part number . On our next trip we notice one of the main ceiling lights was dim. I called the dealer and asked for two replacement lights since we are still under warranty. They agreed to order them for me to replace them . On Our next trip 2 more lights went out . I called our dealer and asked for two more replacement Lights and picked up the first two replacement lights . When I installed them I notice they were much brighter than the rest of the lights , on closer inspection I found that each light has 15 LED's in it . They fail in banks of 3 . Some lights had 3 LED's lit ,some had 6 ,some had 9 some had 12 . All but 3 Ceiling had failed . The build date on the lights was 15-01 . I e- mailed ITC customer service and explained the problem . They promptly shipped me replacement lights without question . The replacement lights have a metal heat sink under the circuit board . I have had good service when contacting the manufacturer directly about their product.

I had same problem with lights. I emailed Bill at JAYCO. He overnighted 6 replacements to me. Also had a problem with entry door lock. He did the same for that.

Same here as Tom. I emailed Jayco and got six replacements. Five of the big ones have failed. So I have one spare. Yesterday, one of the little ones failed.

Bear in mind, they hardwired the suckers in.
So you need to clip wires, strip and wire nut the new ones in.
No big deal, just an extra step.

Somewhere on this board, I posted pictures of the process.

On our trip to see the eclipse, the two small LEDs over the dinette table failed. An email to Jayco resulted in new ones being sent to me gratis. I am just past the two year warranty period. Goodwill from Jayco!;)

I converted my lights in the 09 Greyhawk to LED but have yet to find any without the bluish hue I would like a brighter white look
