So we have an 2021 Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS. We have one back jack that won’t move. The fuse is good. But otherwise we had to bring it down manually. I’m trying to research the zeroing process as we haven’t had to do that yet. Any suggestions on what to do next? My husband is a diesel mechanic and is always down for tearing into things but figured I’d start here just to see if anyone had any first hand knowledge of issues that’s arise. Don’t want to break anything LOL! Thanks in advance!

I don't have any answers, sorry, but I noticed that you are from Hutchinson KS. Small world, that's were we have lived the last 25 years. Hope you find the answers you are looking for.

So you can move it manually from the motors screen which means it’s getting power. If you have it level and you hit retract all, will it retract?

We had that issue. We brought all the Jack's down 6" manually and then held retract all. It reset the system when they all came up. Now auto level works too

No the app won’t move it but it moves manually with a socket and screw gun manually. We are going to hook up and try retract all. From what I’m reading and from what someone else commented, that seems to clear it all out? We will see what happens.

It sounds like you have a wiring issue. If you can extend them and then retract all and it clears it than excellent. Otherwise I think you have a loose wire somewhere, likely at the controller.

I didn't see that you had to "Physically" move the jack manually. I'm thinking the retract all may not do anything for you. Sorry
