Hello All

I currently have a bike rack(this is not my picture but a stock one) mounted onto my spare tire carrier. It carries my mountain bike and road bike no problem and doesnt seem to add much more stress to the already heavy tire.

My gf however has an ebike. Does anyone know if the rear is strong enough to have a receiver welded to it for this purpose? Has anyone solved this problem on this camper?

I tried(cant remember brand) that mounts above the propane tank but that didnt work with my tacoma.

Any help is appreciated!

I have two e-bikes and installed a bike rack above the dual propane tanks on my 165FBS and drove cross Canada and cross USA last summer. I was able to load and unload the bikes from the bed of my F150. Not sure I liked the setup but the bikes survived 10,000 miles. Unfortunately, the single axle on this trailer was trashed as were 2 brand new Goodyear off road tires. Poor design and quality trailer, must only be lightly loaded. We've been RV'ers for 20 years, 3 trailers, 1 class C, and 2 small class A's, all bought brand new! This Jayco has to be the absolute worst rig we've ever owned. I'm sad to say we traded a 24ft Grand Design in on this rig and it was the worst mistake ever...the Grand Design was an absolute gem. I don't know what I was thinking! Good luck with your setup, I'll only carry my bikes in the bed of my trusty F150!
