I am about to purchase a Jay Flight 24 RKS and I would like to know who makes the frame and axle on that series for Jayco. The dealers don't seem to know or they will not tell you. Have they had any issues with the frame or axles? Thanks,

Bill

My Jayco came with a Axle manual -- I can't remember who made it though-- it should be in the manual bundle.

Did you call Jayco?

Dexter makes the brake assembly but right off, I couldn't tell you who makes the whole frame etc. We do know from the factory tour, that the frame/wheels come assembled then they put that on the assembly line and add wires, walls, etc. We did have problems with our brake assembly on our new tt which you can see at... Self-Adjusting Brake Problems. Someone else had problems with the suspension.... Suspension stabilizer not connected to the spring . I don't think though that most folks are having these kind of problems. :)
