If you need something repaired in/on your RV, do not use the dealership or repair department Jayco Brooksville (Florida). They are owned by Camping World. Their repair department stole 3 items from our RV (1 of 3 were recovered). Their parts department ordered the wrong part and had it sent to the wrong store. They reordered it 2 weeks ago and will not provide us with info as to when the part is coming in or a tracking number for it. Today, I was told the part was only ordered 2 days ago. They lie constantly and their general manager won't return phone calls. The entire place is a corrupt mess. Don't give them your business.

RV dealers are a dime a dozen and you might have a ten percent chance of having all the stars aligned in your favor. Expect the worse, hope for the best and know that when you take your rv into any major chain rv dealership's service department, the folks working in them do not have your interest at heart. I do like to know the other side of the story, which we rarely if ever will get in these complaint threads. But this can probably bring out some context to the complaints.
