We have a 2014 Jayco Eagle 30.5 BHS. We noticed a soft spot stepping down into rear bunk. We have a water leak and can’t figure out where it’s coming from. It’s only near the entry area. Nothing wet under the cabinet or under the bunks. No water on interior walls. Any ideas where to look? I cannot see where any water is coming from. I’ve uploaded a photo of where damage is.

Nice camper!

When do you see the water dripping? For example, after a shower or after black tank flush? Can you get access to the pipes that go to your water heater and the back side of your water inlets? If so, crawl there with a good flash light and a bunch of towels placed strategically and hopefully you can see where the water is leaking.
I've had two leaks, one was the connection behind the water heater. I got a plastic wrench from amazon which I used to snug it really tight... of course, go ahead and tighten it by fingers. My second water leak happened when I used the black tank flush. I replaced the check valve (inside the bathroom either below the sink or inside linen closet).
Another common spot is where your hose connects to the camper. That's the City Water Fill Inlet Flange Brass with Check Valve
Please post your results.

We never see water dripping. That’s what driving me crazy. No water dripping anywhere just wet floor under linoleum flooring.

This is probably something you want to fix fast and my next thought your problem might likely be on the roof or a window seal. Personally, I don't like climbing onto the roof to perform the recommended yearly inspections and maintenance required. You may want someone to examine your camper and provide some expert advice.

I recommend a certified RV inspector/technician. Do you know someone, or a local mobile technician? If not, you could try calling a nearby RV dealer and ask for the name of an independent rv serviceman and ask him to stop by.

Alternatively, you can find someone through one of these links:

Do you have a wider shot, I am not sure where that is exactly. It looks like from the floor plan there is no shower or bathroom near the bunks? Any water pipes running to the back for any reason?

You will have to start taking things apart to find the source most likely. How is the roof area?
