Jayco Jay Flight 267BHS water heater problem

Hi,

I have a problem with the water heater on my 2021 Jayco Jay Flight 267BHS and I don't know what the problem is.

I forgot to drain the water in the water heater when I winterized it last winter and now I find that the water heater won't heat up and is only slightly hot. Can any experts give me some advice on what the problem is and what parts need to be replaced in this case?
