Jayco Jay Series 1007 Owner

I just purchased a 2008 Jayco Jay Series 1007 pop up camper.
I would like to find parts supplies for misc stuff.
I notice some broken weather stripping for a gap above the door when the camper is closed.
Also some weather stripping at the front of the camper when you close it.
It's causing some leaking issues.

I would appreciate any advice.
