Jayco Lift System

New to the sight and new to a 2017 Jayco pop up camper. The lift motor is working, but the gear is not engaging. We bought it from a dealer and it was popped up when we look at it and when we came to pick it up. Now even though the motor is working the gear is not turning.

Alternative source is Etrailer.com. Had good customer service finding the repair how-to and the parts. Could be a stripped gear or some minor part. Have you explored youtubes?

Could be a broken cable so may take a little diagnostic work prior to ordering parts.
