Jaycommand Over Voltage?

After getting set up at the campsite (water and electric hooked up and slide out). The DW went to turn on the AC and the Jaycommand app reported an error for over voltage. First time I had seen it. I have the 190 watt solar panel on the roof and the controller by the door. The controller should limit the battery charging correct? Its a 25RB travel trailer. Any one else have such an issue?

Yes the same problem on a white hawk 27rb. Battery voltage gets to high and puts the Jayco command in over voltage, which disables the components of the Jayco command ( air, lights, awning, stabilizers, etc.).
Have to let battery get back to around 14.5 before it enables and let all the functions work. The solar panel puts to much voltage to the battery. I found turning everything on in the camper helps to keep the voltage down.putting a solar disconnect when I’m on shore power so this problem goes away.

What solar controller is used in those units?
Is there a way to adjust the output or battery type?

It’s a Go Power, do not think it’s adjustable. I don’t use the solar for camping or storage. I just putting in a disconnect so if I do need it I will have it available.

After browsing the instructions of a controller that may be similar, here's something to try.- If the controller is set to flooded, change the battery setting to sealed lead acid / gel battery type, it supposedly disables the higher equalize charge voltage of 14.9v.
Or, you may be able to change the voltage, but I'm not sure if this is just an alarm or it actually sets the voltage.-
""Battery Over Voltage. The battery voltage is too high (if using a custom battery type, the setting in menu 9 sets this point).""

Who put the solar panels on the rv? Does the MAX voltage fit within the specified voltage range of the Go Power? Possibly too high.
Just a thought.

The solar panels were put on by Jayco and came with TT. Going in the shop Wednesday to find out the issue and adding a disconnect switch from solar also..

According to Go Power there is a “Max Power Mode” toggle. If you can find it, should be off.
Also, another string has Go Power panels putting out 22 volts. Or double the volts it is supposed to be.

22 volts going into the controller is ok...that's what the controller is for to regulate the output voltage.

Are you saying the output to the batteries is 22 volts?

My comment was incorrect! The output of the solar panels was 22 volts and correct. Sorry!
