We bought a new 321RSTS and the discussion with the dealer about what option for the Jayport grill has turned interesting. We were told when we purchased our new unit, that it comes with the grill/sink combo. It wasn't in the unit when we purchased it, as we were told it was because Jayco had a supply issue. They were going to ship it to us. As we have been pressing when are grill was going to arrive and then suddenly the dealership said that the new units don't even come with the outdoor grill. We pressed the issue that the MSRP and the Jayco website shows the outdoor grill is a standard option but the grill/sink combo is an upgrade option. So the question is, does anyone know what is standard and has anyone else had this problem with their selling dealer? Our dealership finally agreed to order us the grill/sink combo at their cost, it's just so frustrating that you have to fight for things that should come with the unit.

Our 2024 321RSTS also did NOT come with the table/sink insert. It seems odd that Jayco would build them with the port but not include the insert.

Thanks for the feedback. I am curious on your unit, have you had any issues or found any short cuts from the factory? I know there will always been something that comes up but the more we use ours, it seems like the more we find.

Happy camping!!

I will let you know. We just picked it up a few weeks ago and haven't had it out yet. We are taking it over to the coast in a few weeks. This is our 5th Jayco in our over 20 years of RVing. They have all been fantastic trailers...not trouble-free for sure, but relative solid and reliable trailers. I'm hoping this trend continues. We looked hard at Alliance this time, but stayed faithful to Jayco in the end.

Yes, we had a similar problem. I had looked the Jayco website over, and while I may be wrong, it appeared that every other model included the the Grill/Sink. I didn't get an answer from the dealer regarding the "whys" of this. To be honest, I was taken back by the 321rsts not having a grill and after a bit of wrangling with this dealer, they included the grill in the purchase. I did not get the sink. I have wondered why the J-Port is located at the back end of the 321rsts. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the awnings, but it's not at all where it should be. At some point, I plan to add another quick disconnect somewhere in the area of the pass-through storage and use a table to set the grill on.

Have you located the solar charge controller on your unit? I would like to upgrade the solar, but I haven't found where the controller is mounted. I doubt that the supplied controller will function for my purposes.

Check the build sheet from Jayco to see if the trailer included it. Contact Jayco customer service with yu VIN and require the build shhet to confirm. Ours did not include it and the build sheet had no mention of it.

Our build sheet did not have the Jayport table attachment either.

The solar charge controller on mine is behind the rear panel just inside of the right side pass through door.

I was shorted an item on my Pinnacle because Jayco ran out of the item and did not want to stop production. When I contacted Jayco Customer Service, I was told Jayco made a ‘Line Change’ and they have the right to do that. Not a happy camper.

When I researched and questioned our dealer about the jayport grill/sink, I was told it was only an option on the Eagle HT models, but standard on the higher end models. Of course, I was not about to spend the money to buy it from Jayco, but it would have been nice for it to be standard equipment! Loving our 29RLC so far!!!

We purchased a 2024 321RSTS in February and the Jayport grill and/or sink did not come with it. Friends bought a 2024 29.5 the same month from the same dealer and theirs had the Jayport grill and mount with it. I guess Jayco can do whatever they want.

Jayco made a “line change” with our 2023 Jay Feather 26RL and subbed old standard traditional style scissor levelers instead if the new Rock Solid style which were called out as standard on all 2023 Jay Feathers in their literature. Caught this before finalizing our deal and the dealership made it right after. discussing with Jayco. The same “right to make changes” seems to be a common theme from what I read on various RV forums. Buyer beware and due diligence are terms not to be taken lightly.

I got a 2022 Jay Feather with the typical stabilizers.
I wish mine had those upgraded type. :(

My 2022 321rsts came with the jayport table and blackstone griddle. We immediately ditched the jayport table ,it's heavy
and .awkward. I purchased a coleman roll up camp table and a 15 ft quick connect propane hose, much better set up

Yes I got caught up in the line change issue also. They dropped the griddle mount, the steps handrail and gave us a tankless water heater when we ordered the tank style. Then they showed us the subject to change in fine print.

Yeah. We’re in the process of buying a 2024 321RSTS and they’ve told us that it doesn’t come with it and that it’s an additional cost. About $300. I call BS.

Depending on how much you want to fight it, the website and brochure they gave us during the sales pitch, listed it. They ended up giving us the griddle/sink combo. If you don't mind me asking, where are you buying yours from?

Thanks. I’m going to insist that they include it when we pick it up next week. We bought it from Zoomers RV in Illinois.

Awesome. Good luck with everything. The dealership paid for it and Jayco sent it to us in different shipments. We picked up our camper in April and finally got all the components, at the end of June, with several extra pieces! The old country song, one piece at a time. That's how we kind of feel, given enough time, we might have enough to build a complete new unit, ! Good luck and enjoy.
