Jayvoice

Although I don't have JayVoice, I do speak to my camper. I would try:
Install 'Google Assistant' on the wall tablet. Then you can speak to the tablet with 'Hello Google'. Once that is working, you can ask google for the temperature, or the weather forecast, for example. This will confirm it can hear you and it has internet access to google. Once that is working, you may have success with JayVoice
Here is the company's website that makes 'JayVoice'... maybe they can help explain what is required?

I am at a loss, once I updated the BMPRO software it all worked. Not that we use it much but is works as it should.

We’re at a loss too. There could possibly be an issue of “wiring not connected at manufacturer” who knows. I doubt we would use it much but like to know something is working as it should. We will have it looked at at some point.

We have a 2022 Northpoint 310RLTS just purchased new in June. We have updated in Google Apps and still have no success in seeing any activity. No blue light. Nothing. Used every command. Nothing.

maybe you should remove it from ceiling and see if it's getting power?

Does it light up or do anything when you say "jayco"? Before the update back in December the device in the ceiling would light up and listen but wouldn't activate anything. Once the update was done it worked perfectly. Only suggestion I would have is to reboot the BMpro panel and see if that does anything.
 
Another case of dealers not going over all options in the rv's they deliver to customers

In our case Jayco hadn't even updated the dealers on this feature. When we picked up our 2022 32rlts in November I had to educate the person doing our walk through on the jayvoice, even though it didn't work at the time.

Hello. Did you ever find a fix for your Jayvoice? Mine does not work either. It worked when we did our walkthrough at the dealer and hasn't worked since. I have to get it back to the dealer.

EDIT: I fixed the issue. Found a wire out of a quick connector.
