I am at a loss, once I updated the BMPRO software it all worked. Not that we use it much but is works as it should.
We have a 2022 Northpoint 310RLTS just purchased new in June. We have updated in Google Apps and still have no success in seeing any activity. No blue light. Nothing. Used every command. Nothing.
We’re at a loss too. There could possibly be an issue of “wiring not connected at manufacturer” who knows. I doubt we would use it much but like to know something is working as it should. We will have it looked at at some point.
