We have a 2021 Jayco Eagle 330RSTS TT. Long story short the head unit for the radio went out and we took it to a local RV dealer (Not Camping World Owned) for obvious reasons and had the unit replaced under a 3rd part extended warranty. Any who they call me back today and say that my camper is done and I can come pick it up. She also said that I would have to take it to the Jayco dealer and have the radio reprogrammed. I pressed her on what exactly she meant by reprogrammed and she was unable to give me anymore info on what she meant and said she was just repeating what she was told by her service manager. I am scratching my head trying to figure out what exactly she is talking about as the unit does not interface with anything other than the TV which is via HDMI cable. Could she be talking about the remote that came with the camper (Factory JBL remote)?
