Just a tear in the slide seal, nothing to see here...

So while trying to figure out how to adjust the slide height on my living area slide I noticed the attached.... I have a big tear in the primary seal. I'm assuming getting this covered under warranty won't be a problem, but what isn't in the pics, that I believe contributed to this, is that the slide is not level and square in the hole - so much so that its 'eaten' the bottom seal and is twisting the flashing, and the top seal has a 1/4" gap between it and the top of the slide. Our next trip is in 6 weeks so I hope this is a 5 weeks or less fix.
