Last trip of the year

I figure for my last camping trip this season, I'll go to the coast.
For a while I thought I would just go to the Texas coast, but after looking at the dirty water on the web cams I decided to spend the money and haul the rig to Destin. I have been to Destin before and stayed in the $200 per night beach front hotels. They are very nice but the bill adds up quickly. This time I am going to try out Destin West RV Resort. At $80.00 per night, it's still not cheap, but it appears to have some pretty good ratings from Trip Advisor and Good Sam's. Have any of my fellow Jayco owners visited this campground or any others in that vicinity? Can you share your experience there.

we are going to the Emerald Beach RV park at Navarre, FL just down the road over Thanksgiving. We have a sport right on the beach. Good Sam or AAA members get a 10% discount. I think the rates are $54/night with the discount. http://www.emeraldbeachrvpark.com/rates_2008.htm
