Guys so I have a jayco 32RL white hawk and when it rains I’m getting water inside along the wall it’s like it’s coming from the floor as I can’t see any drips and not wet on the wall it is the separation from the floor and wall right in the crack it’s only when it rains but I can’t find where it’s coming from has anyone had this issue? And there isn’t a window there just the slide out witch is above it but nothing wet in or around the slide.

Check all of your exterior seams for bad sealer. Water can travel a loong ways from the leak. Older MH I had was showing water in the rear 12' away from the kitchen window, sealant seam was cracked on window top.

Water will travel to the lowest point. Check the roof, slides if it has them and all the windows.

Thank you for the advice both of you, so when I noticed the water it’s coming from where the wall and floor meet like it’s coming from under witch don’t make sense so it could be traveling from somewhere else and that is just where it gets in at, but only when it rains hard I got under the trailer and noticed some places need to be sealed but the rain would have to go under and up to get inside

It has 3 slides one is right above it witch was my first guess but I didn’t see anywhere where it could get in from the slide it’s starts like in the middle of the wall almost where I notice it at thinking ab just getting it all re sealing the whole side

I had a quarter inch gap on one of the window frames. Some went on bed but some into the storage under the bed. Only way I found it was using a strong flashlight at night by my spouse held close to the frame. Lots of clear dicor over every window and door after that

The problem there was the hole was bigger than the foam would fill around the window.
But water will go downhill, leaving mold behind it you don't find it.

Check all the seals all around the slide. It's definitely coming down the wall and escaping at the floor. I'd check the roof really good. And not just in the vicinity, all down the whole side. Are there any windows in that area?

There is a window across from it but on the same side the closest window is at the other end of the trailer. I’m going to check the roof today and all along the side everywhere that caulk was used thank you.

Keep us updated please.

Forgot to mention it but when I replaced my Dicor with Etearnabond on the roof I found a couple of places where the Dicor was laying on the roof and easily came up with zero effort. I assume water would be happy to get under those areas.
