Before I call my dealer I'm wondering is there is a fix that's easy. The kitchen sprayer faucet is leaking. It seems as if the valve is stuck with both spray and stream on. When spraying a small stream of water flows down the handle. I unscrewed the assembly and all the washers seem fine. It's only two months old.

Do yourself a favor and get a residential faucet. Very easy to replace. Shouldn't take you more than 20-30 minutes.

Sounds like the sprayer may have some junk inside from the assembly process. Pull the sprayer out and take off the aerator, run the hot and cold for a bit and rinse the aerator, you may be able to pull the aerator apart and clean it real good.

Taftcoach Hi. You can remove the sprayer head. (it just screws on) and purchase a better one from Home Depot. This way, You can keep your faucet. if you're interested in going that route.

I did unscrew it. I didn't know they are that easy to replace. It is under warranty but buying a better one sounds like a better deal.

I may have phrased this wrong. Our faucet has the sprayer that you can use conventionally or pull it out as a hand held sprayer. It does unscrew from the faucet.

It has junk on the inside behind the aerator. Pull it out and disconnect the hose, turn on the water does the pressure seem ok. You can try to backflush the spray handle to remove the junk or remove the aerator and clean it. Its an easy fix, happens all to often due to debris in the water tank during construction that gets sent through the water lines and plugs up faucets.

Thank you. I will give it a try before replacing. It is good to know if it happens again it's a quick stop at a Lowes to fix.

We had that happen. Stopped at a Lowes and hauled the new sprayer to our next stop. It didn't fit. Found thhe exact replacement on amazon and had it sent to our next destination. Turns out that our spray handle had a crack.
Check out any universal that you are thinking about buying, or go the entire replacement route.

Sounds to me like you may have some calcium build-up in the spray-head holes. The back pressure will tend to force water out of the center aerator. If you can see the white scale around the holes in the spray head, that's probably the case; and that's not covered under the warranty. Try pouring a little white vinegar in a small bowl or jar, and letting the spray head soak in it for a couple of hours. Then use a stiff brush (not a wire brush) to scour the holes.

That has worked well for me, and I've been full-timing in my rig for 2-1/2 years. ;)

My faucet would move to the on position while traveling. If you turn the water on at a park without checking the faucet. You can flood your camper real fast.We had dealership pick up a faucet at Home Depot.Seems to have solved problem! Happy Trails
