LED Awning light issue

Good morning peeps! I have a 2025 Seismic Luxory Series 4113 that we use for full time RVing and when I turn my awning lights on, my hall light and one kitchen light also come on but very dim. I’ve gotten on the roof to look at the plug for theLED strips but the are inside the walls. I took the lights off in the hall and kitchen but they only have a hole big enough for the two wires to come through. Anyone else have an issue like this and know how to correct it? I’ll have a mobile tech come out next week if needed.
