My 2012 32TSBH is stored 250 miles away. My daughter, her husband and children went down yesterday. They called me to tell me that the power cord would not reach the power pedestal. I have been going to this campground for years and never had this problem. I have never stayed on the site they are one. They said the cord extended out about 15 feet. Is that normal, or is it too short. They bought an extension at the campground store, but does anyone have any idea of the usual length of the cord?

Next question....how do you get to it to un-tangle????

I removed the plastic cover and was able to get my hand in there to untangle the one time it happened to is. Be careful though, the cut alum siding is sharp.

We have stayed in some sites that have the pedestal way up at the front and I have needed to use an extension. I bought a 25ft 30 amp extension so I can still plug into 30 amp power. It is something you may only need once in a while but you will be thankful when you have it.

I just checked ours and it is 25 feet. I have always kept a 25' and a 50' 30 amp extension cord on our trailers over the years. I have gotten surprised a few times when setting up and finding the electric pedestal way off in the woods !!!

Always plug in before you unhook. Sometimes you think you're fine and are just a few inches short. Trust me on this one.
