Lever system will not work - power turns on but have a round red light on

2021 Pinnacle. Showed up to our campsite for the summer and found the front levelers fully extended and the rears where they should be. No matter what I do, I can't get movement in my levelers. When I press the REAR UP it tries to move and shuts down. Any suggestions

Blown fuse? Bear in mind that the leveling system must function without shore power, whick means it runs on 12 volts...your battery...so check all your fuses. And verify that the fuse/breaker near the battery is on.
You can use a multi-meter to check fuses, but an easy way is to pull the fuse and shine a flashlight through it from behind. Attempting to inspect while in the fuse panel is a good way to get fooled.

Reboot? I know it sounds silly, but if you disconnect from shore power and disconnect your battery bank...say just the negative terminal on the battery itself to ensure a 100% disconnect...this might reboot the brains of your leveling system. Assuming the brains aren't fried, this "turn it off then back on" process might set it straight.

NOTE: if you happen to have solar panels on the roof, and if you do NOT have a switch to disconnect the panels from the charge controller, it's wise to throw a blanket or similar over the panels so they aren't pumping out lots of power to the charge controller when you disconnect the battery. Charge controllers really want a load (battery) to provide feedback to the controller so it knows what to do with all that power coming from the panels.

Of you have movement but quits, I'd check to be sure the batteries are fully charges. I've had this happen to me.

I have the original batteries that came with the 2021 Pinnacle. They are deep cycle type batteries. I have a solar system that supposedly charges the battery. Do you think the batteries need replacing?

I took a chance and bought 2 new batteries (Marine Deep Cycle) and that fixed the problem. Original batteries were swollen and were 4.5 years old
