Lights automatically come

2024. Northpoint 5th wheel. On occasion, all the lights randomly come on. Different times day and night. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

There are numerous possibilities, from weak or bad remote(s), bad grounds, loose wire connections, to someone nearby using an electronic device that uses the same frequency band as your unit. Being a new RV, it's only remotely possible that your latching light conversion module has gone bad.

Our traveling friends have a Jayco Entegra motorhome. The same issue was happening with it. Entegra uses Firefly instead of BMPro but it's the same concept. It was their tablet. Once it was replaced the issue quit. I'm assuming you have BMPro so just throwing it out as a suggestion.

My 2017 Pinnacle did the same in the bedroom. I was told a static filter was needed as being low voltage. This happened usually when the heat or A/C turned which caused just enough electrical static that it would turn them on. I replaced the touch lights with switch lights.
