I desperately need help. I have no heat on my 5th wheel -Northpoint 382flrb because I cannot access the control panel. After three separate calls to Lippert I have followed all of their instructions. The last call that had me test the controller wire. It registered 120 ohms. Now they want me to test the Terminating Resistors, the problem is they do not know where that would be located. I have open all false panels and cannot locate it. Does anyone know where it is located?????

F/U to Lippert Once Control

Does anyone on the forum know where the Lippert One Control Panel is located on a Jayco Northpoint 382? I have been in touch with Lippert and Jayco but to no avail! Thanks in advance.

Jim, Search around your battery bay. Or if your electrical panel is in a cabinet face with no access to see behind it, pull the panel out. It may be inside that cabinet. These are just best guesses.

Question, have you unplugged the RV, and disconnected the battery completely, then reconnected it? It should restart the one control. My experience is electronics need to have the power cut once in a while. Especially computers.

Kevin. Good advice. Disconnect from shore power but I didn't disconnect the batteries do I need to just use the battery disconnect or should I actually remove the terminals from the battery in the front compartment

Completely disconnect. Easiest to pull the ground or negative from the frame off the battery. Make sure no solar on either. Best wishes!
