Low point drains

I can't get any water to come out of my low point drains. They are located under the bathroom sink and the water goes right past to the toilet and up to my sink. Are my valves plugged or can the Handle turn without the rest turning? Thanks far any help

They need to be lifted up by the T handle. Turning them does nothing.

Another question where my low point drains are located there is an extension going the opposite direction it's under the covering under the trailer and I can't figure out where it would be going. Someone suggested that it might be an outside tap but a can't see one.

Look under the trailer where the bathroom is located. Mine has red and blue pex pipes sticking out of the bottom cover. There should be a label stating “Low Point Drain” on the outside in the vicinity of the drains.

Mine are both white but they work well once opened the other pipe goes the opposite way from the cold water drain valve

That’s probably a supply line from the pump (cold) or water heater(hot).

No. They come from above (Sink) then drop down to the floor and t off for the toilet then both head to the kitchen sink. This line takes off below floor level in the sump below the floor
